| As one of the key links of e-commerce activities,warehouse operation is also a key factor affecting customer satisfaction and loyalty.In the new era background,e-commerce enterprises can only improve warehouse operation,can stand undefeated in the modern enterprise.The most fundamental factor affecting warehouse efficiency is warehouse layout planning,which must take into account many factors and is a complex system engineering.A good warehouse layout ensures the overall operational efficiency of the warehouse from the source,and also helps reduce warehouse operating costs.In the competitive market environment,it is very important to arrange warehouse layout rationally.This paper takes the warehouse of X E-commerce enterprise as the research object,through the field investigation of X E-commerce enterprise,starts from the warehouse business characteristic,carries on the analysis of the warehouse main work,combs out the main work flowchart.On the basis of this,the layout of warehouse is analyzed further.Based on the combination of F-D diagram analysis,functional correlation analysis and quantitative and qualitative analysis of the flow lines,it is found that there are some problems in the layout of the warehouse,such as waste of cargo handling,poor connection of workflow and serious crossover of the flow lines.Through the above analysis,it is concluded that there are serious layout problems in the warehouse of X Electronics Enterprise,and it is urgent to optimize the layout.Therefore,this paper proposes a two-stage method for warehouse layout optimization.Firstly,based on the improved system layout design(SLP)method,we optimize the initial layout of the warehouse in the first stage of the X e-commerce enterprise,and analyze the correlation of warehouse function interval,including logistics correlation,non-logistics correlation and comprehensive correlation according to warehouse workflow.Secondly,on the basis of the initial layout plan of the first stage,based on genetic algorithm(GA),the final layout of the second stage of the warehouse of the x e-commerce enterprise was optimized.According to the logic of the initial layout of the first stage of SLP method,the objective function was given for logistics correlation and non-logistics correlation.The final solution helps X Merchant Enterprise warehouse optimize layout,reduce the waste of cargo handling,shorten the time of cargo handling,strengthen the connection of workflow,ensure the flow of goods and improve the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.The validity and applicability of the two-stage layout optimization method and model are further proved.The research value of this paper lies in that the method and model of warehouse layout optimization proposed in this paper are effective and feasible by analyzing a specific case.At the same time,the two-stage layout optimization method and model proposed in this paper are also applicable to other similar facilities layout planning of e-commerce warehouses and can provide theoretical reference for the same type of facilities layout planning. |
