Internet and new media appearance and popularity not only lead to the communication and development of regional economy,but also for the dissemination and innovation of traditional culture,which provides a new opportunity and platform.Our country is a multi-ethnic unified country,the unique ethnic culture as an exotic flower in the Chinese splendid culture is also the inevitable by the Internet,especially the impact of new media.Northwest China is an ethnic minority area,due to long-term affected by geographical location and climate conditions,although the economic development is relatively backward,but it gave birth to the rich and colorful of northwest minority unique national culture,is a national culture deep hot spot.National culture is blood and soul for each nation,and the power source for the development of a nation and driving force.Qinghai major western ethnic minority in China,has a rich and colorful minority traditional culture,however,coming of the new media has a huge impact on minority culture here.So,in the new media that climate research how to better protect ethnic culture in Qinghai,and better promote the communication and development has great social value.The researcher himself as the Mongolian in Qinghai,and live for a long time in ethnic autonomous areas in Qinghai province,the purpose of this study is to want to ethnic minorities in Qinghai as the research object,the investigation and study of Qinghai,Tibetan,Mongolian characteristics and traditional ecological culture way,on the basis of analysis of the emergence of new media in the region minority cultural spread and exchange provides the path and platform,and minority culture under the background of new media on whether the content of innovation and fusion of material,system and spirit level.This article also attempts to problems in the process of developing the national culture inheritance,carries on the discussion,put forward opinions and Suggestions,make the gorgeous and colorful ethnic culture can be achieved under the new media relying on good inheritance and preservation,and constant innovation forward,making the Chinese nation culture more diversified.Settlement is the national minorities in Qinghai,Tibetan,Mongolian is the region accounts for a larger proportion of three kinds of ethnic minorities,in after the author refer to understand and analyze the local actual situation,decided to choose an ethnic minority autonomous county in Qinghai Menyuan autonomous county as the research object,in the region of the,Tibetan,Mongolian as the research target group,use the research such as questionnaire,interview and literature research method,investigation and research target group on the use of the new media and the use of habits,and through data analysis and data analysis,discovered many new media of ethnic culture in the material,spirit and system three aspects on the impact of understanding of ethnic traditional culture in the new media development,innovation,and new media in promoting rapid development of national culture and inheriting process produces some negative influence,finally,the minority culture in the new media environment how to inheritance and innovation put forward constructive suggestions.
