The Image Of China In European Chinese Media

In recent years,China's status in the world has been constantly improving,and its influence in international affairs has been constantly expanding.With the strong rise of many Chinese media,they are playing an increasingly important role in shaping China's national image.Therefore,the research on Chinese media has become a hot topic in the academic circle.It is of great historical and practical significance to study the presentation of China's national image in Chinese media,explore the laws and methods of its reporting on China,analyze the reasons affecting its reporting,and propose countermeasures against the current situation,so as to improve China's external communication mechanism and establish a good image of a great country.This paper uses the research method of content analysis and combines the three levels of the frame structure put forward by zang guoren--macro,middle and micro theory to explore the shaping of national image of China by Europe times.Taking the china-related reports of the European times from January 2018 to December 2019 as a sample,this paper studied the national image of China and the way to build it.According to statistics,the European times has the most neutral reports on China,followed by positive ones and the least negative ones.On the whole,the European times has built a positive image of a developing country.Politically,it has been deepening reform at home,opening up and inclusiveness to the outside world,and pursuing win-win cooperation with the world.Economic transformation and upgrading,development potential;Extensive and profound culture,colorful,with international standards;The social system has been gradually improved,and people's well-being has increased.Political,economic,trade and cultural exchanges and closecooperation between China and the eu have contributed significantly to world peace and development.Based on the above conclusions,this paper analyzes the national image of China in the mirror image of the European times and its enlightenment to the dissemination of national image of China.We should fully recognize the importance of the European Chinese media in shaping a good image of China,constantly improve China's foreign communication strategy according to the characteristics and rules of its reporting,strive for an effective and equal position in international communication,seize the opportunity and establish a good image of China.
