The Image Construction Of TV News Program Characters From The Perspective Of Idols

Character report is a traditional report style in China,which aims to guide the audience's behavior,produce moral education and reflect social values through the construction of idols.As the most authoritative news column,CCTV news broadcast has made great achievements in shaping its image with the overall revision of the program.As the true reflection of the social mirror image,the news figure image also changes with the social evolution.By tracing the development path of the figure report,it is found that the figure image building has realized the transformation from "typical" to "Idol".The underlying reason is that the image building meets the objective needs of the news media to transmit information and guide public opinion,to realize the needs and psychological expectations of the audience,and to construct The memory of the times and the real need for social integration.In this context of communication,newscast has been constantly reforming and innovating,with remarkable results.Especially after the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,its character report has been completely revised,which mainly presents three kinds of character images,namely "time Idol","elite Idol" and "civilian Idol".It has spread the theme and realized its due social functions.Through the text analysis and content analysis of the new version of the news broadcast,we can see that: in order to realize the construction of idol image,it uses the two channels of picture symbols and language symbols to reproduce the characters;through the narrative subject and the speech of the reporting object,it conveys the national language,elite language and public discourse;in the narrative strategy of the text,it adopts the micro perspective and "new" and "old" The dual opposition shows the image of idols;the text of multiple key words as the core of discourse construction;while making full use of the characteristics of communication media,in the TV media and new media to achieve content integration,to help shape and spread the image of idols.At present,there are many possibilities in character reporting under the multimedia background,but there are still hidden worries under the appearance of prosperity and development,which brings difficulties to idol building,including the stereotype of the public for a long time,the single reporting framework of news production and the dissimilation of consumerism to idol symbols.In view of this,we can start from the study of idols,focus on the charm of the characters,learn from the excellent experience based on the new communication pattern,firmly grasp the political ceremony function of news programs,strive for the innovative development of character reports,and reap positive communication effects.
