With the accelerated development of the Internet and the popularization of online payment methods,online catering in China has shown explosive growth.Online catering takeout has penetrated into people's daily life.Takeout brother is a new industry team conforming to the development model of the Internet,and an important force supporting the emerging model of online catering transactions.According to statistics,in China,up to now,the scale of takeout users has reached 360 million,the average daily order volume is tens of millions,the economic scale of takeout industry is nearly 200 billion,and the total number of takeout distribution personnel has exceeded 4 million.Takeaway distributors bring great convenience to consumers who order meals online,and they are also active participants and contributors in the development of national economy.However,they often leave the impression that most people are vulnerable in cities because of their low cultural level,the large number of migrants,and their physical livelihood.This paper chooses 448 news reports of takeaway brothers from three mainstream news websites,People's Net,Xinhua Net and CCTV Net,from 2017 to 2018 as research samples,and constructs categories by content analysis method.Based on eight perspectives,such as the number of reports,the topic of reports,the source of news and the position of reports,this paper makes a concrete study and analysis of People's Net,Xinhua Net and CCTV Net.The three mainstream media of our country about the image of takeout personnel.In addition,through the combination of case analysis and literature research,this paper considers the relevant factors affecting the image presentation of takeaway brothers,and attempts to make a deep attribution to the status quo of the formation of takeaway brothers' media image from media responsibility,social responsibility and audience literacy.The research finds that the takeaway brothers displayed through many media platforms,such as People's Network,Xinhua Network and CCTV Network,have the following three main images: the first one is positive and energetic,i.e.smart and brave positive energy transmitters,active participants in cultural life,and self-improvement motivators.The second category is negative energy,including traffic problems,crimes and so on.The third category is the vulnerable groups which are not guaranteed,including the victims of rights and interests and the losers who are not respected.Therefore,this paper continues to explore the restrictive factors of takeaway brother's media image,which mainly includes the existing social environment factors,media reporting factors,audience factors.In addition,it also gives some improvement strategies for the takeaway brother's media image shaping,and explores the improvement paths from three aspects: media responsibility,improving social management mechanism and improving the audience's media literacy.Only by properly dealing with the relationship among media,society and audiences can we truly present the social situation faced by takeout distributors,and then better solve the problems faced by takeout brothers.
