The traditional probe test method is no longer suitable for the current integrated circuit,so the boundary scan test technology came into being.The principle of this technology is to insert the boundary scan module into the circuit under test,so as to achieve the purpose of internal test and realize the integration of test design.The IEEE1149.4 standard is applicable to hybrid circuits.The principle of the standard is to insert corresponding digital and analog boundary scan test modules in the chip,which can make these modules achieve the effect of virtual probe in function,so as to achieve the purpose of internal test.The complete link composed of hybrid circuit and boundary scan module is cal ed hybrid boundary scan link.The purpose of this project is to design and test the hybrid,The tasks of this project are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis and research of IEEE1149.4 standard,the key design points of each module are put forward.At the same time,the test methods involved in this topic are analyzed.After the above analysis,the overall design scheme of scanning link is proposed.At the same time,in order to ensure the integrity of the whole test system and the requirements of automatic testing,the software design scheme of the test system is proposed.(2)After the overall design scheme is put forward,we need to design hybrid scan link.This part of the design is mainly divided into two parts,the digital part and the analog part.At the same time,taking into account the subsequent need for the integrity test,interconnection test,extended interconnection test and kernel functio n test of the designed scanning link,so as to verify whether the scanning link supports the IEEE1149.4 standard,the concept of testability design is taken into account in the specific design process,and relevant modules are designed to facilitate the subsequent test and verification process.(3)After the completion of the hybrid boundary scan link design,the specific design of the software unit in the test system is started.The main functions of the software include automatic generation of test data,sending of test data,analysis of test results and fault display.(4)Finally,build a complete test system,test the designed scanning link,andanalyze the test results to verify the scanning link designed in this project.Based on the analysis of IEEE1149.4 standard,the design of hybrid boundary scan link is completed.At the same time,the related test verification of the designed scan link is carried out,which has good significance for the research of hybrid boundary scan test technology,and also provides a platform for the research of hybrid boundary scan test technology.
