the industrial field environment,it often needs the ability of data collection,storage,processing and communication between devices.With the development of industrial intelligence and the popularization of Internet of things,the industrial control equipment networking and cross regional operation become a new development trend.However,the access to the network also increases the number of CPU task processing and the complexity of system sequence in time.After the increase of task amount,it is easy to have the phenomena of no timely response to interruPTion and unreasonable resource scheduling for the traditional control circuit system which circulates a single program in the internal loop,as a result,the performance of the system in real-time and reliability is not ideal.In addition,in the face of the fast changing industrial production and market demand,the traditional control circuit system is difficult in function maintenance and secondary development,and lacks certain openness and flexibility.In order to solve the above problems,based on the real-time operating system(RTOS)and Internet of things(IOT)related technologies,this dissertation proposes a design and research scheme of control circuit system.Combined with the core functions and performance requirements of industrial control,it realizes multi-channel physical data acquisition and analog signal output,data storage,timing and positioning,network communication,equipment communication,human-computer interface interaction,etc function.The core processing of the system adoPTs the working mode of master and slave MCU(STM32F4 series and STM32F1 series)running in cooperation,transplants the real-time operating system ?C/OS-? and builds LwIP protocol and FatFs file system which are easy to be applied and developed on the upper layer.The physical quantity collection and analog signal output part are designed with 8 channels of 4~20mA / temperature physical quantity collection and 4 channels of 4~20mA analog signal output in total.In order to meet the storage requirements of the system function requirements,expand three types of memory devices(SDRAM / NAND FLASH / Large Capacity SD card)based on the internal memory space of MCU.GPS/BeiDou dual-mode positioning module is used for system timing and positioning function;NB-IOT wireless communication and Ethernet wired communication are designed.Common RS-485 and CAN bus communication are selected for communication between equipment.RS-232 C serial communication is adoPTed between system and upper computer,friendly interface of upper computer software is designed and developed,which mainly realizes data mark Human computer interaction functions such as fixed,real-time display and output control,key parameter recovery,manual timing and IAP upgrade function.The ?C/OS-? real-time operating system built in this dissertation can guarantee the realtime and reliability of the system,and it is beneficial to the later maintenance and development and upgrading of the control circuit system products.Combined with NB-IOT and Ethernet technology,the system realizes the functions of physical quantity collection and analog signal output,data storage,network communication,timing and positioning,etc.designed on demand.It has the ability of real-time multitask processing and has passed the preliminary function test.
