Aluminium electrolysis is a complicated production course with large numbers of aluminium cells, high consumption of power, dust, strong magnetic field, worsening enviroment and lots of labour intensity. So, it is very important to apply computer automatic control technology in the production of aluminum electrolysis.Based on the study of Networked Control System (NCS) and Real Time Operation System(RTOS), combined with the particular control technology "Four Low and One High" in aluminium electrolysis, function of supervisal and necessity of management in production, we introduce a Networked Control System for the plant of aluminum electrolysis.The μC/OSII is submitted to analysis and study. Integrate with production of aluminum electrolysis, which is a non-linear object, μC/OSII is transplanted to our system.The thesis includes seven chapters. In the first chapter, the background of the project, NCS and RTOS are introduced. The second chapter researches the aluminum electrolysis, just because it is our control object. The third chapter researches NCS from both aspects of the theory and implement. Architecture and protocol of network, frequency of sampling, time-delay, transmission of multi data packets and lose of data packets is specialized, the emphasis is how to realize NCS. Based on discussing expert system and fuzzy control technology and dissertating emphatically the application of intelligent fuzzy control method in the control of aluminium cell, the forth chapter mainly study the chaos optimization of control arithmetic. Chapter five bring forth the whole architecture of the System for production of aluminum electrolysis and the implement methods of both hardware and software, mainly discusses the multi-thread and data security. Chapter six studies the μC/OSII based on 80C196KC, how to transplant and extend μC/OSII is basically discussed. Chapter seven is the conclusion of the whole thesis.
