Research On The Public Account Of Science Popularization From The Perspective Of Dialogue Theory

There is a close connection between communication and dialogue,and communication embodies certain features of dialogue.As for the science popularization,"dialogue" is also of certain applicability and necessity.Firstly,the "dialogue" is in accordance with the current media communication tone,which has found the suitable soil for the development of the science popularization.Secondly,the gesture of "dialogue"helps the commnicator to take the apperception background of the public into account,establish the user's thinking,and make the content conform to the cognitive level and reading habits of users.Thirdly,"dialogue" helps to improve the situation when elite discourse is monopolized in the field of scientific culture and makes the discourse of science popularization content more diversified.Nowadays,WeChat has become one of the main channels for Internet users to obtain technical information.Therefore,this paper takes the public account "kexuedayuan" as the reasearch object to explore how to construct "dialogue" in the process of science popularization.Through content analytical method,case analysis method and an interview with the editor of the public account "kexuedayuan",this paper finds that the "dialogue"strategy of "kexuedayuan" can be summarized into three aspects.Firstly,"kexuedayuan"adjusts the content and style of the conversation according to the user's apperception background.Secondly,through online interaction,"kexuedayuan" constructs the"polyphony" of science popularization which is converged into by multiple voices.Thirdly,through the intervention of "others",the platform establishes an emotional identity with its users.At the same time,from the perspective of "dialogue",there are still some problems to be solved.Firstly,the dialogue channels between the platform and users are relatively single.Secondly,although the "polyphony" of science popularization has been constructed,but generally speaking,it is difficult to form the "carnival" of science popularization.Thirdly,direct conversations between users and "others" are limited.Therefore,this paper puts forward three suggestions to try to solve the problems mentioned above.Firstly,the platform can set up a section to answer users' questions to strengthen the subjectivity of the users.Secondly,the platform should ensure that there are always innovation points in its interactive columns and online activities,so as to capture users' interest and attention.Thirdly,the platform can build an interactive platform for live broadcasting by experts to shorten the distance between users and "others".
