Research On The Utilization Of Archives In Liaoning Province Under The Big Data Environments

With the rapid growth of archival information,the traditional management mode has been difficult to give full play to the value and function of archives information.How to extract valuable file information on the premise of ensuring safety,has become one of the problems facing the current management of archives.Big data is a new tool of data analysis and processing.It can quickly locate and manage data from massive data information using the combination of data mining and artificial intelligence methods,so as to help the user make accurate forecasts and recommendations based on the data statistics.If the advantage of big data technology be applied to archives management,we can not only provide systematic,scientific and personalized utilization of files,but also better realize the value of archives.The research of this paper is closely combined with the actual situation of the archives management work of Liaoning provincial archives.Then analysis the challenges of file utilization under the big data environment on the basis of the existing problems.Finally,this paper analyzes the strategy of perfecting Liaoning archives service utilization in view of the big data environment,namely,changing ideas of file using,strengthening the construction of archives in intelligent service resources,perfecting the information service platform and carrying out diversified service,strengthening the construction of service personnel,and strengthening the construction of archives information security.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:First,combined with the current situation of Liaoning provincial archives utilization,the paper points out that there is problem of scope and mode of file utilization due to poor ability of information development,and the lag of service sense is the main reason of low efficiency.Second,on the basis of the concept of file utilization under the big data environment,analysis the challenges of file utilization.It include the changing of traditional management theory,the construction of service platform,the upgrade of the quality of personnel and information security etc..Finally,in view of the existing problem of Liaoning provincial archives utilization,to give full play to the value of big data,in theory and practice,put forward the strategy of perfecting Liaoning archives utilization.
