| Under the environment of big data, the system of archives service utilization as the starting point and foothold of archives work, should make use of the advantage to show the convenience of service features.Establishing and improving scientific, systemic and humanized the system of archives service utilization is very important. This paper mainly include three angles: the analysis of the situation, problem and countermeasure.First of all, this paper analyzes the six elements of the system of archives service, namely: the concept of archives using, the archives information resources, the way of archives using, the person of archives information, the platform archives information service and service person, etc., and analyze the defects of the system of archives service utilization at present.Secondly, combining the characteristics of the big data, this paper expounds five challenge about the system of archives service utilization under the environment of big data, namely, the original big data challenge to the social archives consciousness, the technical big data challenge to the quality of archives service utilization person, the mad big data challenge to the construction of archives information resources, the diversity of big data challenge to the platform of using and the complexity of the big data challenge to archives information security.Finally, this paper analyzes the strategy of perfecting archives service utilization in view of the dig data environment, namely, strengthening the construction of consciousness, strengthening the construction of team, strengthening the construction of archives resources, strengthening the construction of archives utilization platform and strengthening the construction of information security and so on. |
