In recent years,China's tax work has made great achievements,at the same time,the daily workload of the tax department is also surging.The establishment of a set of office automation system for the daily office of the tax bureau is an inevitable demand to realize the modern management and efficient operation of the tax bureau.Therefore,the research and development of the tax bureau office automation system has great practical significance and economic value.The tax bureau office automation system is based on the B/S architecture of the JavaEE platform.Using My Eclipse for JavaEE project development and using My SQL for database development.Tomcat is the deployment server.In the process of the development,the first step is to analyze the requirements and use cases.Add data mining function to traditional office automation function.It can discover the potential valuable correlation among the information hidden in the system and provide effective decision basis and data support for managers.The data mining function of this paper is implemented by the improved Apriori algorithm.The classic Apriori algorithm uses method of iterative layer by layer to solve the frequent item set.When the data scale is large,we need to scan the database frequently,which affects the efficiency of the algorithm.In order to solve this problem,an improved Apriori algorithm is proposed,which can reduce the number of database scans,improve the calculation efficiency,and make it better realize the data mining function needed by the system.The system uses modular design,first of all completed the design of each functional module,the main modules are daily office,personnel management,notice andannouncement,authority management and data mining.After that,the database design is completed.The focus of database design is data table design and database connection.After the completion of all parts of the design,the system is deployed and all modules are tested.The test shows that each function module of the OA system works smoothly,the system responds quickly and the operation is simple,which is suitable for the dailyuse of the tax department.In addition,the system also has high stability,scalability and security.
