This article has fully investigated the current application of virtual reality technology in education and teaching,and determined that Unity3 D is used as a virtual development engine,and SolidWorks and 3ds Max are used as scenes to implement technical support.Theoretical guidance in virtual reality teaching related learning theory and situational cognitive models Next,a virtual simulation experimental teaching system for fluid transmission was developed.This system constructs a virtual experiment space with experimental functions,which has the characteristics of strong interactivity,simple operation,and online operation.Users can use this system to complete the experimental content such as experimental recognition,circuit construction,data testing,and assessment.The main work of this article is as follows:First of all,guided by the theory of virtual reality teaching,and referring to the construction cases of virtual simulation experiment platforms at home and abroad,the development function direction and technical implementation methods of the system are determined.According to the software characteristics and development requirements,a technical route was formulated,the composition and experimental content of the fluid transmission experiment were analyzed,and the system structure and functional modules were determined.Secondly,the research summarizes the rendering and optimization schemes of virtual scenes.Under the premise of ensuring the authenticity of the system scenes,the model rendering efficiency is improved,and different optimization methods are compared to improve the system's smooth running.Third,in terms of experimental functions,this article uses particle systems to simulate the difficult to observe fluid flow conditions in the hydraulic circuit,and demonstrates the working status of the hydraulic circuit through animation editing and particle settings.The experimental content for the circuit construction is based on Unity3 D design An interactive assembly method is provided.Based on the local experimental data,the circuit experiment function of the circuit characteristics is realized.The user can perform data testing,draw characteristic curves,and summarize the characteristics of components and circuit conditions.Finally,the experimental evaluation function is designed and implemented.After the experiment is completed,the user passes the test questions to check the knowledge mastery.The system will record the user test results,which is convenient for users to self-examine.The design and research of this system can be applied to the fluid experiment teaching of mechanical major students,and can achieve the effect of " Theoretical learning-virtual experimental cognition-practical practice consolidation".The development of the fluid transmission virtual experiment system has certain reference value for further expanding the types of experiments in the virtual simulation experiment platform and deepening the experimental content.
