| With the continuous development of information technology and digital technology in recent years,the rapid development of online bookstores and digital reading platforms has continually impacted traditional bookstores.However,the traditional urban cultural living room,Xinhua Bookstores,is in a more difficult situation and faces severe challenges for its development.Facing the fierce new media competition environment,the Xinhua Bookstore system must actively explore the development path to adapt to the new media environment.In recent years,Xinhua Bookstores in Henan Province have continuously adjusted their market position according to the actual environment and made efforts in many aspects,but it has also shown many difficulties in achieving some results.In the Xinhua Bookstore system in Henan Province,the county-level Xinhua Bookstores facing the grass-roots are constantly under the impact of new media,and it is worth exploring in depth.Since the birth of county-level Xinhua bookstores in Henan Province,they have experienced nearly 80 years of ups and downs,and they have made tremendous contributions to promote the development of grass-roots cultural industries and enhance the spiritual quality of grass-roots people.However,with the advent of the information age,the living environment of Xinhua Bookstores at the county level has become increasingly difficult.For this situation,county-level Xinhua Bookstores urgently need to break through the bottleneck and explore a development path that is suitable for their own transformation.By analyzing the development status of Xinhua Bookstores in Suixian,Henan Province,this paper attempts to provide a set of feasible transformation paths for the county-level Xinhua Bookstores in Henan Province to adapt to the development of new media environment.This paper takes the development dilemma faced by Xinhua Bookstore in Suixian as the starting point,and divides the main body into three chapters.The introduction part mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research methods used in this paper and the status of domestic scholars' research on this kind of problem.The first chapter mainly describes the general situation and development advantages of Xinhua Bookstores in Henan Province,and also describes the development situation of county-level Xinhua Bookstores,the development status and advantages of Xinhua Bookstores in Suixian,and focuses on the analysis of advantages in policy support anddevelopment advantages in the new media environment.At the same time,it analyzes the position of Xinhua Bookstore in Suixian in all county-level bookstores in the province.The second chapter focuses on the dilemma faced by Xinhua Bookstore in Suixian under the new media environment.Among the external challenges,there are a series of problems caused by the rapid development of online bookstores as well as the digital transformation of readers' purchasing and reading methods.In the internal construction,there are many problems such as insufficient construction of new media marketing platforms,rigid price system,poor service marketing,and shortage of elite talents.The third chapter analyzes the transformation path of Xinhua Bookstore in Suixian in the new media environment.First,it studies and explores the advantages of bookstores in the same industry,such as the comfortable internal environment of Xinhua Bookstore in Wuzhi,Henan Province,the strict management system of Xinhua Bookstore in Qixian,and the practice of Xinhua Bookstore in Yongcheng that uses the new media platform to promote the corporate image,the business model of combining the entity of "Shangshufang" with the network,etc.Through learning the practices and experiences of the same industry,we can better complete transformation and development.Then,in response to the problems faced in the external environment and internal construction,I combine relevant theories and the enlightenment of the development and transformation of the same industry,and propose corresponding solutions,and I hope that it can play an exemplary role for the development of county-level Xinhua Bookstores in the new media environment.Finally,I make a conclusion based on the content explained in the previous chapters,and put forward my own views and suggestions. |
