In 12th Five-year period,the group headquarters of Hunan Xinhua Bookstore limited liability company only check the performance of the county branch by economic indicators,which becomes a barrier of its development.At the same time,the perennial pursuit of rapid growth of the pressure of the county branch manager frequency increase,lack of power.So how to do a good job in the county branch manager of the group's performance appraisal has become an important goal of human resources work and urgent needs.Firstly,the thesis studies the theories of performance management,and analyizes the background,the research goal and the significance,content,research status and research methods and framework;and the definition of performance management were defined,all these lays the foundation for the latter research.Secondly,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation and problems of the performance evaluation of the manager of the Hunan branch of Xinhua bookstore.The thesis describes the status from the performance appraisal,performance appraisal method,performance appraisal process and the performance evaluation results process of the four part of the county branch manager performance appraisal system;describes the current problems in the performance appraisal purpose of accurate positioning,unreasonable assessment index setting,performance appraisal method,appraisal system by applying appropriate formulation the lack of employee participation,and interview are the results of performance appraisal,using a narrow defect feedback performance;and a brief analysis of the reasons:corporate executives do not know the place,no definite development targets and the lack of effective,clear performance evaluation mechanism of training,lack of systematic performance appraisal system.Then,it suggests the design of the county of Hunan Province Xinhua Bookstore branch manager performance evaluation system,and puts forward the principles,objectives and specific ideas of improvement,and the analysis and assessment of the implementation of the subject from the assessment object to determine the establishment of performance evaluation index and index weight of four parts to optimize,expounds the key points of the implementation of the scheme.Finally,the paper puts forward the measures for the implementation of the performance appraisal system of the county branch manager,from the following three aspects:the correct assessment concept,the possible obstacles and the specific implementation of security.The author hopes to improve the performance of the county branch manager to optimize the research,improve the performance of the company manager,enhance the vitality of the manager,and promote the development of the company.At the same time,the author hopes the paper will be a reference for similar research.
