A Study On The Construction Of Rural Reading Promotion System In Henan Province From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

If the country prospers,the country prospers;if the country is strong,the country is strong.Culture is the initial heart,soul and direction of rural revitalization,and it is the soul project in rural revitalization strategy to stimulate the internal power of rural revitalization with rural cultural revitalization.Rural reading promotion for the revitalization of a direct role in promoting rural culture,in the rural areas to carry out the reading promotion is essentially by reading promotion,guide the broad masses of farmers to participate in reading,improve the farmers' spiritual and cultural life in reading,to promote rural economic prosperity and rural education development,to further boost rural revitalization.In recent years,the research on the construction of rural reading promotion system from the perspective of rural rejuvenation has become a hot topic.This study with problem consciousness,with "found the problem,analyze problems,to solve the problem" train of thought as the main line,refer to the 16 th national national reading survey,understanding of the reading status of henan farmers,in six cities in henan province 10 villages in the form of field interviews and research,from reading to promote subject,object,content,activity of four aspects: found that exist in the process of promoting rural henan province promoting subject "in name only," promotion of content is not scientific and reasonable,promotional activities to guarantee the quality promotion object concept negative slack off four outstanding problems.Aiming at the plight of henan rural reading promotion in read a book to promote the four elements of this study,subjects,objects,content,activity as the theoretical support,around the "who to whom to promotion,promotion,promotion of what,how to promote" a few key problems,based on combing the related basic theory,combined with henan province rural problems in the process of reading promotion,put forward the construction of henan rural reading promotion system thinking.In terms of the main body,it puts forward to continue to give play to the role of the "main position" of the rural library.In terms of the content,it puts forward the scientific guarantee farmers to read the "main dish" nutrition;In terms of activities,it is suggested to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of farmers for reading.In terms of objects,it is proposed to actively guide farmers to play the role of "master".
