Design And Implementation Of Investment Investigation And Analysis Aid System For Hu Ying Company

Huying investment venture is the new star in private shares and risky investment. It isdesired to provide the business managers with more integrative, accurate and timely decision support tools to integrate the feasibility information, enterprise information and industry information under the comprehensive risk and benefit analysis framework and to accumulate valuable data for more adequate decision evidences on large scale investment projects.This thesis discusses design and implementation of the investment project investigation and analysis aid system for Huying investment venture. In the aspects of function requirements this thesis determines the system's major functions from the demands of the business investigation, which include the to-be-invested enterprise's information analysis aid function, the industry information analysis aid and the investment comprehensive analysis aid.The concrete and systematic discussions are presented together with the use case models. In the aspects of the software design the multi layer architecture is constructed where the front end provides the user friendly business guidance service while the back end is composed of group of specific investment analysis modules including the enterprise information analysis modules, industry information analysis modules and the project comprehensive evaluation modules. The internal object and data structures are described together with the major class model diagrams and program flowcharts. The system database design scheme together with the data table structure are also presented. The system programming with C# and its testing are also sketched in the thesis.The investment investigation and analysis aid system for Hyting company has been in relatively stable operation and runs as a relatively more complete tool for the business managers. It integrates the enterprise information, industry information and the specific investment project feasibilities into the comprehensive return and risk assessment framework,providing reasonable decision evidence for the users and well satisfying the company's business demands on current investment project investigation and analysis.
