With the improvement of market openness,the market of traditional media industry tends to be saturated as a whole,and the emergence of new media makes the market competition of media industry increasingly fierce.Therefore,it is urgent to achieve the integration and development of media through resource integration to promote the overall improvement of media operation efficiency.After the media integration,how to stimulate the initiative of the whole staff through scientific performance appraisal is related to the sustainable development of new institutions.Based on this background,it is of great significance to explore the performance evaluation of personnel after media integration for comprehensively stimulating the subjective initiative of personnel in various posts.Based on the theory of performance appraisal,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature analysis,case study,investigation and questionnaire survey,taking the financial media center of F City as an example,starting from the current situation of its performance appraisal,combining with the special questionnaire survey,summarizes the main problems of its current performance appraisal,analyzes its causes,andthen gives the countermeasures and implementation guarantee of the performance appraisal of the personnel of the financial media center of F City.It is found that the problems in the performance appraisal of the personnel in the financial media center of F City lie in the following aspects: the lack of close combination between the performance appraisal objectives and the development strategy of the financial media center,the unreasonable setting of the performance appraisal indicators,the imperfect feedback mechanism of the performance appraisal,and the single application of the performance appraisal results.The causes are: the performance management system is not based on the strategic orientation,the performance appraisal indicators lack of scientific design,and the performance appraisal indicators lack of scientific design The process control of performance appraisal is insufficient,and the incentive effect of performance appraisal is not fully understood.Therefore,based on the development strategy,we should decompose the performance appraisal objectives,design and optimize the appraisal indicators based on KPI,strengthen the whole process control of performance appraisal,and strengthen the comprehensive application of performance appraisal results,and strengthen the implementation guarantee of countermeasures from four aspects: refine the post responsibilities and work standards,strengthen the training of leaders' styles and performance guidance skills,and do a good job in the construction of performance appraisal culture Establish and improve the employee performance appraisal appeal system.This study is conducive to further optimize the performance appraisal system of Yichun financial media center,increase the operability of performance appraisal,and then improve the standardization and effectiveness of financial media center management,so as to realize the sustainable development of financial media center in the new media era.
