Research And Design Of Block Chain Technology In Seafood Traceability

In the traditional seafood traceability system,seafood from fishing boats sailing,catch fishing,arrival packaging,processing and freezing,quarantine testing,storage and transportation,sales,until the table,all the information should be recorded and effectively monitored,once the problem,to be able to trace the product information at any time and anywhere.But the actual situation is that only a very small number of domestic seafood producers to establish the relevant traceability system.The industry has not been effectively implemented in accordance with this traceability system,and domestic traceability has failed to form a business model.The outbreak of this epidemic has once again pushed the issue of food safety to the "sharp edge of the storm",and how to trace seafood quickly and accurately is the most difficult problem at present.Combining blockchain technology with seafood traceability provides consumers with detailed information on the supply process of seafood,thus truly solving the problem of traceability business pain points and making it easy for anyone to trace.In view of the shortcomings of the traditional seafood traceability system,the research and design scheme of seafood traceability system based on blockchain technology is proposed,and the main research contents are as follows.(1)Conducting research on blockchain-related technologies,analyzing the current development history of blockchain technology and domestic and foreign traceability application cases,and designing traceability codes applicable to this system by combining blockchain seafood traceability process links.(2)To design a blockchain-based seafood traceability scheme in response to the problems of traditional seafood traceability systems,such as serious centralization,easily tampered information and opaque data;to select the underlying platform and consensus mechanism in line with this system;to ensure seamless connection and openness and transparency of industry chain information;and to lay the theoretical foundation for the next blockchain traceability system development.(3)To complete the blockchain-based seafood traceability system,the system process,organizational structure,system functions and database were designed in detail from the feasibility of the system in order to meet the overall requirements of the seafood traceability process.Using the super ledger technology as the development platform,the system can achieve "traceable source and traceable destination" of seafood,and "one-click investigation and rapid location" when there is a product safety and quality problem.
