With the continuous development of economy,more and more enterprises realize the importance of warehouse logistics in operation and development.The benefits brought by manual operation cannot meet the development needs of enterprises.Automation and mechanization have become the trend for enterprises to construct and reform warehouses.Automatic storage and retrieval system(AS/RS)have the advantages of large storage capacity,high operation efficiency and small error rate.Although the initial investment is large,it can bring more benefits to enterprises in the long run.Among many automation equipment,multi-shuttle system has become one of the mainstream equipment in common use due to its advantages of fast running speed,high storage capacity and integration of storage and distribution.P enterprise is a global smart terminal manufacturer and mobile Internet service provider.It provides advanced and exquisite smart phones,high-end audio and video equipment and mobile Internet products and services.It ranks high in the sales volume of China's smart phone market.However,with the continuous growth of the enterprise,the existing manual storage mode can no longer meet the development of the enterprise.According to the actual situation of P enterprise,the purpose of this study is to use multi-shuttle system to carry out warehouse automation reformation.The research process of this paper is as follows:Firstly,explain the significance of warehouse automation reformation and the current situation of P enterprise.Through the collection and collation of documents,analyzing the research status of AS/RS,expounding the current research status and advantages of multi-shuttle system,introducing the EIQ-ABC analysis method and Flexsim simulation principle,which provide theoretical basis for subsequent solution design.Secondly,based on Flexsim simulation,designing the warehouse automation reformation solution.According to the existing inventory data of P enterprise,establish the modeling simulation and obtain the relationship between the number of shuttle and the system throughput.Then analyze the historical order data of P enterprise,ABC classification is carried out on materials according to the outbound frequency to determine the inbound and outbound flow requirements of each material.Combined with the simulation results,two solutions of module storage and classified storage are designed.Finally,the two solutions are evaluated by AHP,and then selecting the solution which is more suitable for the actual situation of P enterprise.There are two main research results in this paper.First,Flexsim simulation is used to obtain the relationship between the number of shuttles and the system throughput and the utilization rate of shuttles as the basis for the design of the scheme.Secondly,designing two solutions of module storage and classified storage.AHP is used to evaluate the solutions from five aspects of cost,efficiency,shuttle utilization rate,storage flexibility and failure impact degree,and then it is determined that the classified storage solution is more suitable for P enterprise.The main significance of this paper is to compare different types of multi-shuttle systems,demonstrate their equipment capability through simulation results,enrich the research of multi-shuttle systems.Innovatively using Flexsim simulation results as the basis for solution design,using AHP to evaluate the solutions,providing methods and ideas for designing and evaluation of AS/RS.
