The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the implementation of the overall strategy of "rural revitalization"and the strategy of giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas.At present,China's modern agricultural development is still facing many difficulties.One of the important links is the dissemination of agricultural information.Traditional TV media still play an important role in the dissemination of agricultural information.Among the more than 3,000 TV channels in the country,the provincial TV channel for agriculture is a subdivision of professional agriculture,and the direct audience is the vast number of farmers in the provincial area.Since the first provincial-level agricultural TV channel was broadcast in 2001,it has matured in about 20 years.However,the rapid development of mobile Internet today is impacted by new media.Like most TV channels,the development of agricultural channels at the provincial level has encountered bottlenecks.In addition to the changes in urban and rural structures,the audience for agricultural TV channels has also followed.It has changed.Audiences,communication channels,content and so on have all changed.How should traditional provincial agricultural TV develop and target audiences?How to spread accurately and efficiently?How to build a communication channel and embrace the development trend of new media?These are the issues studied in this article.This article will focus on the specific target of agricultural TV channels at the provincial level,mainly studying the development of agricultural TV,the internal and external environment analysis,and pointing out the current main problems of agricultural TV at the provincial level,including lack of program resources,inappropriate content,Issues such as communication perspective,inaccurate audience positioning,insufficient revenue,and lagging behind in media construction.Through the case analysis of Jiangxi Radio and TV Public and Agricultural Channel,through the analysis of the channel's development history,program content analysis,special arrangement,new media end force,policy support,etc.,analyze its about two years after the broadcast,quickly The reason for standing out on the channel of agriculture.In the last chapter,through the confusion and case analysis of the provincial agricultural channel mentioned earlier,we will initially explore how the provincial level responds to the agricultural channel in terms of content dissemination,audience positioning,multi-channel development,multi-industry management and policy support Countermeasures to build an agricultural media industry chain.
