At the end of December 2019,Wuhan received a number of new pneumonia cases,and a major public health emergency caused by the new coronavirus began.The epidemic-derived Dr.Li Wenliang's death,Huang Mouying's departure from Han Jinjing,and Shandong Rencheng Prison's outbreak caused the netizens to experience negative emotions such as fear,anxiety,and anger.Netizens on Weibo play an important role in promoting the whole process of public emergencies,and netizens' psychology is the key to controlling netizen behavior.The psychology of Weibo netizens includes individual netizens,group psychology,and political psychology.When netizens face information related to public emergencies,they tend to intensify their emotions,such as fear,happiness,anger,and anxiety.The spread of online information to a certain extent It is the transmission of user's emotions,which will affect the trend of the event when it is serious.In public emergencies,related behaviors of government agencies,mainstream media,opinion leaders and other actors will greatly affect the psychology of netizens.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the psychological mechanism and influencing factors of users behind emotions.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the party's press work forum: "Doing good work on the party's press work has a bearing on the future and destiny of the party and the country." Chinese economic and social reforms have entered a deep-water period,and the level of public awareness has continued to rise and participate in society The desire for governance is increasingly strong,and the government and the media should do a good job of controlling and guiding public opinion.With the rise of social media platforms today,Weibo can easily become a gathering place for negative emotions,bad information,and even rumors in public emergencies.The accumulation of negative emotions can easily cause a crisis of public opinion,affect social stability,and endanger national security.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "Currently,China's national security connotation and extension are richer than at any time in history,the space-time domain is wider than at any time in history,and internal and external factors are more complicated than at any time in history." An important part of security,the intrinsic factor of network security lies in the healthy expression of netizens 'psychology and emotions,and research on the dynamic changes of netizens' psychological changes in public emergencies has practical significance.From the perspective of journalism and communication,this study connects psychology,politics,computer science and other related theories,and uses research methods such as literature analysis,case analysis,frame analysis,data mining,and analysis.Public incidents were carriedout for specific case analysis,and the discourse characteristics,psychological characteristics,psychological factors affecting psychological factors,and the process of psychological evolution of netizens participating in the dissemination of unexpected public events were analyzed.A situational awareness model of Weibo netizens' psychology for public emergencies was established,and a public opinion guidance strategy was proposed for the corresponding behavioral subjects according to the model.On March 1,2020,the "Regulations on the Ecological Governance of Network Information Content" was formally implemented,providing for the regulation of the behavior of users,producers,and platforms of network information content.The research on the psychology of netizens is of great significance for the effective implementation of the regulations.This research is divided into five parts,the specific contents are as follows:The first part of the dissertation comprehensively discusses the research background,research value,literature review,definition of related concepts,research methods,research emphasis and difficulties.The first chapter of the thesis is an analysis of the current situation of microblog transmission of public emergencies.This section makes a more detailed conceptual explanation of the characteristics and classification of emergency public events;analyzes the background of emergency public events spread on Weibo;briefly explains the process and characteristics of emergency public events spread on Weibo platforms,for the follow-up Research provides theoretical support.The second chapter of the thesis makes a framework for the following models by analyzing three public emergencies.Based on Wuxi viaduct rollover accident,Kunming University of Technology student Li Xincao drowning incident,Hunan H5N1 bird flu epidemic event,three types of emergency public events are summarized,public opinion development analysis,and netizen psychological analysis are used to obtain the current process of emergency public event transmission The evolution of Chinese netizens' psychology and specific problems.Through case analysis and data mining analysis,the data analysis of the psychological perception process of Weibo netizens participating in public emergencies is conducted.The third chapter of the thesis analyzes the discourse characteristics of Weibo netizens participating in public emergencies and the psychology of netizens behind them,and discusses the main factors that influence netizens' psychology during the development of public opinion and the evolution of netizens' psychology.Establish a psychological situational awareness model of Weibo netizens in public emergencies.The fourth chapter of the thesis proposes relevant guidance strategies based on thepsychological situation awareness model of netizens,and divides the development of public opinion into four stages: incubation period,outbreak period,climax period,and dissipated period.Provide advice on behavior.
