| Government and Enterprise Business is an important part of China Mobile Communications Group Shanxi Co.,Ltd..Government and Enterprise Business includs Internet dedicated line、WLAN,GPRS,(voice / data)dedicated line,IT platform integration and some other services.With the continuous growth of customer scale and the increasing diversification of customer requirements,the problems of complex business acceptance,dispersed support personnel and opaque business process become prominent,which lead to an increase in workload of customer managers.So it is nessary to build an unified system to track and display the whole process.On this system which we called order center platform,we could track business opportunity,manage project implementation,open business and do some after-sale maintenance work.The platform should also provide some effective solution for the implementation of projects.The system is an order center platform for Government and Enterprise Business.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the ICT project management sub system.ICT is short for Information and Communication Technology.It includes telecom service and IT service.By analyzing customer needs,the functions of pre-sale supporting should mainly offer the ability such as business opportunity approval,online solution response,scheme mining and something else.The pr-sale supporting workflow is created by Client Manager.City Company Solution Manager will take response for supporting the project.When he doesn't have enough ability to support the project,he cloud ask Province Company Solution Manager for help.When City Company Solution Administrator and Province Company Solution Administrator both agree with the supporting workflow,the Province Solution Manager will take response for the project.In the process of supporting workflow,Solution Manager could also search solution on the system.In general,it can be implemented based on a workflow.As the Activiti workflow framework has a lot of advantages.such as mature,lightweight,easy to transplant,quickly integrated with various development frameworks.We decide to use it as workflow engine in business process approval function.At the same time,the platform should have the ability to search some similar solution for project.The Elastic Search search engine could finish the word of Chinese word segmentation.It can retrieve terms according to the lexical correlation and field weight.So we develop the search function by using Elastic Search engine and Mongo DB.The implementation of mid-sale project part mainly includes the design of ICT project,procurement information management,company selection,construction information collection and other functions.When the project is in the state of building,Client Manager should set up a normal building workflow.When Project Administrator agrees with the workflow,a designated Project Manager will begin tracing the project and updating the building information of the project until the project is finished.The core function will by developed with My SQL for data management.Considering the rapid development and the evolution to micro-service mode,Spring,Spring MVC,Mybatis will by used in back-end development;After-sales management part focuses on the completion of customer service after the business opening.The platform need communicate with another system called EOMS(electronic operation and maintenance system).As we need to realize the process which we could use to finish some tasks between the two systems,some interfaces are necessary.In order to build a lightweight interface and reduce the complex interaction of Web Service in the interface process,the system uses Restful interface mode to dock.When the project is in the state of after-sale,Operating Manager will take response for operating information documents.And he also set up a trouble order on another system in order to keep the project runs normally.The workflow is started from Project Manager,Operating Manager will check whether operating information documents are complete and decided whether it can be received.When it is received,The Operating Manager will take response for updating information.Finally,the whole process management of ICT project is realized through the system on-line,which effectively shortens the supporting time and improves the supporting efficiency;improves the accuracy of data in the sale,enhances the management ability;speeds up the process of dealing with faults after sale,and provides good business guarantee for customers. |
