Research On Student Performance Management System

Information technology is developing rapidly,driving the reform of teaching methods and concepts in Yuexiu district.That will mean that the educational mode has developed from traditional way into a new mode.China Education Bureau urgently needs to develop a tool,to provide services to all schools in some region.That is to the intelligent data and the means of data analysis to assess comprehensive quality and test professional levels.According to the needs of educational field,Yuexiu District Education Bureau proposed to design and develop management system for student performance,expecting to enhance the comprehensive quality and academic level of the primary and secondary school students within this region.When designing and developing management system for student performance,a lot of measures were adopted,such as.NET as developing platform,relevant theories like project management and software engineering,the popular B/S systematical structure,SQL Server 2008 as database technology.In the early stage of system developed,it mainly described the research significance,background,current situation of domestic and foreign development related to the project,current performance management of primary and secondary schools in Yuexiu District,etc.In the meantime,it also introduced the means and techniques applied in system design and development in detail;under this basis,it analyzed the feasibility,functional requirements,overall and non-functional requirements of the student achievement management system,carefully designed and introduced the overall structure design of the primary and secondary school performance management system,as well as every module in the system.These modules include information management of unified examinations,achievement analysis management,basic information management,development trend analysis,evaluation management,school information management,system management,statistical analysis and so on.This thesis mainly made analysis focusing on database design which was key part in system.Based on the design and requirements analysis of the performance management system for primary and middle school students,this thesis outlined the concrete implication methods of the system modules,and provided the corresponding interface diagram of some modules in the system.Finally,it summarized the ideas and processes adopted in system development system,and pointed out the shortcomings and the prospects of this system.The development techniques and theories related to student performance management were deeply explored;at present,the system has been put into use,with better operation effect,and every module of the system is in the normal operation.Main modules are evaluation management,student basic information management,achievement analysis management,school information management,development trend analysis,system management,statistical analysis and information management of unified examinations;the system utilized the most advanced technology and user-friendly interface,easy to later system management and update.It achieved the informatization and unified of primary and secondary school student achievement management,to enhance the quality of student achievement management and significantly increase the efficiency of student performance management.
