With the improvement of people's quality of life,people have higher requirements for service quality,and the property services of property groups are naturally being valued by people.The competitive advantage of the property group with good service quality has gradually expanded,and property groups have gradually realized the importance of improving the quality of engineering services.The traditional property group engineering service management is maintained by manpower.It basically relies on telephone and serial interviews to manage property repair and collect maintenance service evaluation.This not only wastes manpower and material resources,but also has very low efficiency,resulting in various adverse property service quality.Therefore,in order to improve their service quality and work efficiency,provide higher services to owners and improve their competitive advantages in property management,property groups urgently need a property group engineering service management system.The property group engineering service management system uses the SSH framework.The SSH framework integrates three major frameworks,which are Hibernate,Struts,and Spring.Among them,the Hibernate framework operates the database through object-oriented thinking.The Struts framework is primarily responsible for the foreground display.The Spring framework is a layered architecture consisting of well-defined modules.The Spring framework is built on top of the core container.Sql Server is used as the system database.The system network deployment include servers,routers,switches,firewalls and other parts of the property group engineering service management system.The functions realized by the property group engineering service management system mainly include object and fault tree management,supplier management,regular work,quality management,daily inspection,and undertaking inspection.The functions of the object and fault tree management business include object maintenance,object template management,bar code management,object structure definition management,object batch import,object query,object template batch import and fault library maintenance.The functions of the supplier management business include supplier information management,supplier performance ranking,supplier performance appraisal,general liquidated damages standard management,and so on.The functions of the regular work business mainly include plans to be built,job preview,plan management,plan approval,work guidance,plan management view,work orders waiting for processing,correcting work orders,pending construction guidance,work order inquiry,correcting work order inquiry,and so on.The functions of the quality management business include unqualified order inquiry,on-site inspection,quality inspection,and so on.The functions of the daily inspection business include work order inquiry,plan management,pending work orders,plan approval and so on.Undertaking inspection business mainly includes undertaking inspection,engineering maintenance and other functions.The property group engineering service management system manages all aspects of engineering,horticulture and other object information and supplier information,and maintains the business process among work guidance,work plan and work order management.The system covers all problem solution for the property group engineering services.The realization of the system operation can improve the efficiency of the property group in the property work,make the property service business of the property group easy to carry out,improve the service quality of the property group,and provide better services to the owners.
