The material inspection management system for Shanghai Civil Engineering Institute provides completed information support for architectural materials comprehensive inspection, data analysis and corresponding transaction management. It conducts following function targets through the software platform:The first requirement is the basic information management function. This function collects and manages all information of inspection transactions, so that it can realizes data sharing and information consistence. The information for this function covers from inspection technical criteria, quality routine, sample data, real-time data, inspection projects to client contract information. The second one is the inspection transaction management function. This function faces to completed material inspection operation flow to realize overall inspection transaction processing standardization and quality control standard consistency, specifically covers lab material inspection for products, construction material inspection for projects, and maintenance management function for inspection equipments. The third one is the inspection data management function, which core are analysis and statistics function for inspection data, computing to the sample test data according to quality inspection criteria, analyzing corresponding materials’technical quota and quality trend and assessing the materials’ technology and reliability.The system is in test run era, it effectively supports business requirement of Shanghai Civil Engineering Institute in material inspection.
