Design And Implementation Of Agile Supplier Management System

Since 90's in 20 centuries,on the one hand,the social,economic and political environment has undergone drastic changes,and science and technology have promoted the liberation and reform of production force,so reducing cost,shortening delivery cycle,improving service and improving product quality have become the major difficulties of enterprise.On the other hand,the competition of global market economy has no longer been the competition among individual enterprises,with companies building the fate of the community that is benefit-sharing and risk-sharing with suppliers,the competition has already turned into the competition between the group of supply chain centering on the core enterprise and rival group,so a weak link could destroy the competitiveness of the whole supply chain.As a basic component of the supply chain,the quality of suppliers would have a direct impact on the cost,quality and timeliness of delivery of products.Therefore,in the face of earth-shaking changes in the external market,enterprises need to be able to maintain stability to continuously develope personalized products which can meet the users' demand to occupy the market to win the competition.This article is on the basis of the demand of the actual supplier management which is researched in the domestic large-scale scientific research production companies,according to their pain points and difficulties in the work,enterprise can build an agile supplier management system by combined with the best practices of supplier management of domestic enterprise and foreign enterprise,the advanced ideas and technology of IT industry to improve and optimize the process of supplier management of enterprise,which can resolve the problems such as information fragmented,transaction losted,approval process blindly evaluated,supplier performance evaluated unilaterally and the resource utilized lowly,so that it can maximize the use of existing and potential resources to improve its strength,and constantly expand and establish the corresponding strategic partnership with the suppliers,which can form a new supply chain productivity and competitive advantage to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The system adopts the open source technology system mainly based on JAVA,applies the classic MVC design pattern,realizes human-computer interaction and personalized experience with H5 and JQuery,uses Restful specification to realize the data query function provided by the system,facilitates system integration and data sharing,and improves the efficiency of information use.The overall architecture of the system adopts micro-service and Docker technology to realize rapid deployment and dynamically scaling capacity of the system.For frequently accessed information,Redis' multi-level caching framework is adopted to improve user experience.The system adopts unified authentication and authorization mechanism and encrypts some sensitive information into the database to prevent illegal users from accessing the system to steal confidential information or damage the system operation.Machine learning is carried out through offline independent process to realize intelligent extraction of key indicators of the system for users to make decisions.The system adopts the high-availability disaster tolerance scheme to provide users with high-quality services when some irresistible factors lead to server node outage.This paper describes the entire design and implementation process of function,management model and process of agile supplier management system.Based on the enterprise research conclusions and management theory it extracts the functional domains of the agile supplier management system,which cover supplier file management,qualification management,audit management,evaluation management,qualified list management,temporary purchasing management,performance management,contract management and system management,and the realization of agile supplier management system is verified through professional testing,which fully meets the user expectation and system design goals.
