The Design And Realization Of The Management Information System Of A University Library

With the rapid development of the Internet and the steady progress of college informatization,I have only been able to consult the books and materials I need in the library before,and now I can get them anytime,anywhere,conveniently and quickly through the informatization platform of library management.Although there are more and more versions of the library management system,and it has been widely concerned,most of them are just general,without combining the actual situation and needs of the library,and even some of the system functions are not perfect,which may be difficult to adapt to the daily management.The business process and functional requirements of a university library are deeply analyzed,and the application that is closest to the actual work is completed,which improves the work efficiency of the library management.Based on the actual situation,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of each functional module in the system,and analyzes the management information system of a university library in combination with various charts given.The design of using SQL Server2008 as database management software mainly considers the features of high security and large storage capacity of SQL Server2008.The design and implementation of this system has effectively integrated the daily management and business capabilities of the library,basically met the actual needs of daily work,and greatly improved the work efficiency of librarians.This paper aims at the design and implementation of a university library management information system,design and implementation of a set of management information system running in B/S architecture,using UML modeling,using SQL Server2008 database.The main service objects of this system are readers and librarians,providing a university library with an effective system that can simplify the operation of the work flow to the greatest extent and improve the management level and service.Reviewing the design and implementation of the system,there are still a lot of shortcomings,still need to be improved slowly,I hope that in the future can be more in-depth research,improve the system.
