With the development of social economy and national highway managementsystem of perfected gradually, highway of the value and significance of the embodimentof an unprecedented. Liaohe oilfield special highway reaching a total of more than1000kilometers, take up the land to45square kilometers, how to more accurately grasp themining area highway now exclusive use current situation, the more effective on theirspecial roads for the management, and improve the efficiency in the use of highway,realize the exclusive mining area of special roads scientific management become anurgent problem to be solved..The development the oilfield dedicated highway system software and theestablishment of highway management information system, not only can the datacollected by the Field processing generated the exclusive highway network diagramstandard, but also the macro-management of scientific data on the the highwaydistribution and utilizationwhile both statistics, analysis and decision-making functions.Around the target, the subject of GIS (geographic information system) software as abuild platform, with the corresponding development tools MapInfo development andpost-processing, database management system with support for spatial data stored inSQL SERVER2005. On the basis of analysis and research on the business needs of themanagement of mine dedicated highway design and realization of special roads forLiaohe mine management information system, the system can be implemented on avariety of road-related data input and output, query and statistical functions. Severalmonths of useing Liaohe mining area proofs that the system is stable and reliable andhas high maneuverability and other characteristics. It is a strong protection for creating"digital oil field".
