Under the impact of the development of modern electronic information technology,there have been many warehouse management systems.However,the same problem exists in the warehouse management system at present: the electronic data in the warehouse management system is difficult to correspond to the actual items,and while the system is used,the offline operation still needs the presence of the warehouse management.The pressure of the warehouse manager is not released,so a new management system is needed.When the goods need put into the warehouse,the applicant should be applied for the business first.After the application is passed,the applicant could go to the warehouse to operate actually.The system will control the access situation in real time,and take measures for goods delivery and storage.In this thesis,based on the research of warehouse management system and mainstream access control system,an online unattended warehouse management mode is designed afther understanding of the way of warehouse management.The system consists of two parts.Firstly,it contains an embedded access control system based on ARM,which is used to collect and process data on site.In addition,it also includes a web-side warehouse management system based on SSM framework design,which is used to display daily operation records.Both parts of the data and business processing are performed on the server side,and all communicate with the server through the TCP/IP protocol.The realization of the system facilitates the work of the warehouse administrator and turns the warehouse into an unattended warehouse.All the goods out of warehouse,in warehouse and finding can be self-operated.To realize the functions of scanning items,controlling access control and communication with the server,this thesis is based on ARM STM32 chip to control RFID reader,fingerprint module and 4G communication module.Based on the communication mode between each module and STM32,the schematic diagram of the main control circuit is determined.STM32 controls the gate through the feedback information of the fingerprint module and obtains the information of the door opener.The RFID reader obtains the article code information,and the 4G module is used to data communication between equipment and the server.This thesis also implements embedded part software design.And this thesis describes the system clock,RFID module,fingerprint module,4G module,independent watchdog and the main program.The implementation of the Web-side warehouse management system includes the implementation of the business operation and data display function of the entire online access control automatic identification system,and it also contains the design of the background processing algorithm of the entire system.This thesis describes the corresponding methods executed in each stage in the order of data transfer flow,and discusses in detail the process of system management,item information query,item procurement,and item entry and exit.The thesis completed the design of embedded access control system and web-side warehouse management system,including the design of ARM hardware control circuit board for access control,ARM software control program design,and the design and implementation of web warehouse management system.The online access automatic identification system passed the internal test,and the online operation showed that the system can realize the unattended warehouse management mode.
