Design And Implementation Of Archival Information Resource Management Platform

With the higher degree of social informatization,the social informatization's steps have continuously influenced the historical development course of human society and it also changed the mode that people work,and think.Therefore,using modern information technology to collect,sort out,store and manage to constructearchivalinformation resource management platform is able archives to be preserved permanently and with low preservation cost,it also enable archives to be free from the restrictions of space,quantity and time,thus expanding the object,scope and field of archive services and laying a solid foundation for eliminating " information isolated island" and realizing information sharing.The design of this paper isbased on the OAIS reference model,to complete the functions of collecting,sorting,archiving,searching,statistics and information query and utilization of archival data.OAIS is a reference model and basic conceptual framework established for the purpose of maintaining the long-term protection and accessibility of digital information in information systems.OAIS reference model has received extensive attention among relevant organizations.Through the introduction of this model and combined with the idea of software engineering,this paper completes the design and implementation of the archivalinformation resource management platform which is based on OAIS reference model.In this paper,through in-depth research and analysis of OAIS model,analyzing the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the OAISbased archival information resource management platform,complete the design and implement of archival information resource management platform.Theplatform supports SQL server and Oracle,mass data storage,adopts J2 EE system architecture,and is deployed in WEB mode.It is designed according to five levels,namely the basic operating environment,archival information resource database,technical support layer,system application layer and presentation layer.It realizes the target functions of the archival information resource managementplatform,such as archive collection,archivesave,archivemanagement,archiveutilization,etc.This software helps the user agency to regulate the workflow of archives use.The system create a complete archival database and guarantee its safety.The archive information resource management platform hasaccelerated the process of integrating archival work and improved the service level of archival information.
