War Journalism Or Peace Journalism?Study Of Media Coverage Of Trade War Between China And United Stated By Russian Media Outlets

During the recent years the trade war between China and United States became one of the most important crisis not only in the global economic relations,but also in the international political agenda.The trade conflict between the world major powers has also involved the core countries from different regions,due to the significance of the trading streams between China and United States.Therefore,Russia as one of the core countries has been also affected by this trade conflict and attempts to build its own policy towards the key players and economic relations with them.The modern world is focused on the transmission of the information as the key product for the communication between the countries and the local consumers,that's why the media outlets became one of the key accumulator of thoughts and points of view existing among the political elites and society as a whole.So,the analysis of countries attitude towards the global issues could be carried out by the analysis of media coverage and media agenda in considering country.That's why the current research is devoted to analyze the Russian media coverage of trade war between China and United States based on the content analysis and implication of structural differences existing in the current Russian media system into war and peace journalism paradigm.
