Research On The Risk Management Of Communication Base Station Construction Project In Binxian Shigangtun

The development of communication technology is changing with each passing day.From the 3G era to the present 4G era,and the coming 5G era,If the operators build the base station alone,it will cause a great waste of resources and space.Under the background of this environment,the state has set up the Chinatower CO.Ltd.The company shoulders the important task of deepening the reform of the state-owned system and promoting the development and sharing of the system.As the chinatower company is a new enterprise,the system is new and the personnel are new,the company has accumulated less experience in the construction of the tower base station,so there will be a lot of risk in the project management.The construction project of communication base station is short in scale,and needs to be maintained for a long time after completion.Therefore,the management and control requirements of the whole project are high,and the whole project often meets a variety of risks.The risk management of the project is an important factor to ensure the success of the whole project.Taking Shigangtun communication base station construction project in Binxian as the research object,this paper studies project risk management,which has certain typicality in the risk analysis of the new base station project of Iron Tower Company.In the process of project construction,the effective use of theoretical knowledge of project risk management makes the theory of project risk management fully certified on specific projects,and at the same time,it has certain significance to improve and enrich the theoretical knowledge of project risk management.Through decomposing the whole process of site planning,design procurement,construction construction and delivery acceptance involved in the project from demand acquisition to return payment,this paper identifies the risks that may exist in the whole construction process;using expert investigation method,providing basic data for risk analysis by project stakeholders and experts,and then using analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the risks.The factors and the risk level of the whole project,and according to the risk level,the corresponding control strategy is adopted to control the risk.In this paper,risk management theory is applied to the actual base station construction project,which can comprehensively improve the risk management level of tower company.
