Research On The Construction Of China's National Image Under The Background Of Sino-Russian Internet Media Cooperation

National image is an important strategic resource.A good national image directly and powerfully affects the country's political,diplomatic and commercial activities.The national image and national reputation have long become a country's strategic resources.The media is one of the important means of constructing the national image.As the most dynamic media today,online media has no geographical restrictions and plays a significant role in the process of building a national image.How to use network media to build a good and consistent national image is valued by all countries today.In the process of constructing a national image,relying only on "self-plasticizing" to build a national image,it is inevitable that the situation is weak,and it is easy to form a situation of "self-blowing".At present,China's comprehensive national strength is constantly strengthened,the international discourse right is monopolized by the Western world,and China's national image cannot be faced squarely in the international community.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to seek cooperation from other countries' media with Chinese media to "reshape" China's national image.In 2019,the signing of the China-Russia "Joint Statement on the Development of a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in the New Era" signifies that China-Russia relations are at a new historical starting point.In the construction of China's national image,Russia is undoubtedly the best partner.Sino-Russian online media cooperation is in the national interest of both countries,which makes Sino-Russian online media cooperation inevitable.The first chapter of this article starts with the basic concepts of network media and national image,and analyzes the connotation and definition of network media and national image.At the same time,elaborate on the development process of China and Russia's online media,and summarize the cognitive image of China and Russia in the eyes of developed countries,developing countries,and each other based on domestic and foreign research data.The second chapter analyzes the basis,content and the image of China's country to be constructed from the perspectives of politics,economy,and culture of the two countries.The third chapter introduces the main bodies and cooperation platforms of online media cooperation between the two countries,and then draws the methods of online media cooperation between the two countries.The fourth chapter analyzes the data collected so far,draws out some problems in the practice of China-Russia online media cooperation,and proposes countermeasures.
