The Analysis Of The Impact Of IT Capability On Business Model Innovation

With the rapid development of information technology and the rapid popularization of Internet,great changes have taken place in the market environment of enterprises.A large number of scholars have analyzed the different information technology background from the macro perspective,the enterprise should take the business model innovation,and some scholars have carried on the in-depth case analysis from the micro level to find out how the specific enterprises should deal with the change of information technology from the perspective of business model innovation.However,why is there a high degree of innovation in business mode in the same or similar information technology environment?Does the information technology capability of enterprises directly affect the degree of business mode innovation? Based on this point of departure,the purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between information technology capability and business model innovation through empirical research,and to avoid the "information technology paradox" caused by neglecting intermediary factors.On the basis of the close relationship between organizational learning and information technology ability and business model innovation,the relationship between the three is also discussed.First of all,a literature review of the relevant concepts is made,and the key research concepts are summarized,and the theoretical basis of the research is clarified.Secondly,based on the theory of resource based and dynamic ability,this paper discusses the relationship and mechanism between the three types of IT ability,organizational learning and business model model innovation,and puts forward the research hypothesis and conceptual model of the relationship between IT ability and business model with organizational learning as an intermediary variable.Finally,using a mature scale to send questionnaires to the more developed information technology of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai,using AMOS and SPSS analysis software,the 349 questionnaires were analyzed.Based on the results of investigation and analysis,some important conclusions are drawn:(1)IT capability has a positive impact on business mode innovation.In the process of business model innovation,IT capability can not only provide technical help for enterprise business model innovation,but also help enterprises to analyze the shortage of enterprises from the existing environment and be beneficial to the innovation of business model.(2)IT ability has a positive effect on organizational learning.IT capability provides the "raw material" for the organizational learning ability of the enterprise through the construction of information exchange and knowledge sharing platform.It is the basis of organizational learning.The enhancement of IT ability is beneficial to the improvement of organizational learning level.(3)organizational learning has a positive impact on business model innovation.The cause of business model innovation is greatly influenced by the change of external environment,and organizational learning is a favorable way for enterprises to discover the changes of the external environment.(4)there is a certain intermediary mechanism between IT capability and business model innovation,which validates the speculation that scholars can play a role in the ability of IT through someintermediary variables.
