Traditional art exhibition device can only display static text and image, but not animations in space.Motion Control System Based on Matrix CAN network via high-speed precision motion control pendant matrix can display 3D images as well as animations in the space. This device made a series of improvements and innovations in art exhibition, has great prospects and business value.Based on the analysis of the system requirements, the overall system architecture and design is proposed, which consists of three parts, motion control systems, communication module systems, the PC software systems.By analyzing the speed curve and torque parameters of moving objects, motion control system review motor movement during acceleration and deceleration algorithm in the actual control process,to design the hybrid stepping motor drive and achieve hardware and software system;Communication module system by analyzing standard CAN network protocol of unjustified "sky" motion control system,to give applies to motion control system network topologies and protocols. The CAN network through setting the parameter of CAN gateway and CAN relay way to achieve remote network control; The host computer system based on the.NET Framework platform is aimed to achieve the image data input and concurrency control realizing the functions of modeling and dynamic display pictures. Finally, the whole work shows a modular design and installation of the system and provides a prototype to show renderings of the design and development of the whole system and make the summary of follow-up research and development. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme is reasonable and effective, and it has a certain reference value in the application of art display.
