| Project management is a branch of "management science and Engineering".In recent years,with the development of economic globalization and information technology,its theoretical research is in the stage of continuous expansion and improvement.Among them,the research of project management,schedule management,risk management,WBS method,ERP theory and other theoretical methods are important to promote the development and application of project management in China.Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP),as a management concept,method and software system,has been sought after by SMEs in various fields in recent years.ERP system planning and implementation gradually deepen into the professional segments,and extend from the internal management of enterprises to external business activities.At the same time,with the opportunity and challenge brought by the knowledge economy and globalization trade,the state-owned foreign trade enterprises need a complete solution for the development of foreign trade enterprises.Based on the theory of project management,schedule management,risk management,WBS method and ERP theory,this paper studies the state-owned foreign trade enterprises ERP application status,problems,particularity and implementation focus.Taking HQ company as the background,from the angle of enterprise management and business,this paper makes a detailed analysis of business requirements and functional requirements,finds out the problems and difficulties in HQ company's previous informatization activities,and analyzes the informatization development strategy suitable for HQ company by using SWOT analysis method.ERP of HQ foreign trade enterprise The implementation of the detailed planning,the deployment of the HQ company ERP economy,technology and management feasibility analysis,found out how the state-owned foreign trade enterprises in the current use of information technology to effectively face the complex and changing international environment and increasingly severe economic situation,the use of WBS method to analyze the appropriate HQ company ERP functions.The module describes the five steps of ERP implementation in HQ company,clarifies the responsibilities and powers of HQ information department and project organization personnel,analyzes the software selection,project risks and Countermeasures involved in the project,estimates the effect of project implementation,and finally gives the ERP implementation project of HQ company.The overall solution of project management makes the ERP implementation project of HQ company carry out smoothly,and provides strong support for the effective implementation of the project. |
