With the rapid development of today's society,industrial automation has become the mainstream trend of development.More and more manufactures use a variety of automation equipment in the product manufacturing process.And if in the production process,the product failed to maintain the same level,deformation or ofset,will make the subsequent production process error.In order to avoid mistakes,the importance of the correction system is self-evident.Correction system has become an integral part of most industrial production.For this,a kind of automatic deviation correction control system based on linear-array CCD sensor is designed in this subject.In this paper,above all,the overall scheme of the automatic deviation correction control system based on linear-array CCD sensor is designed;on this basis,for the product needs,the system hardware including the photoelectric detection part is designed in detail;the edge detection based on CCD sensor signal is studied,and design and develop the software of the edge detection;Finally,the system is tested,debugged,improved gradually;the test results show that the automatically correction accuracy and real-time precision of the system meet the requirements of system design.
