Study On The Collecting And Copying System Based On The Improved M-bus Collector

Remote copying system is convenient for user measurement,statistical analysis and energy consumption control,which can save a lot of human resources and effectively reduce energy consumption.According to the set copy the system of domestic and foreign research present situation,found that measurement data transmitted between the terminal instrument and collector,measurement data is easy to lose,the collector can't view the deficiencies,such as the data collected in this paper,aiming at the shortcomings of the existing set copy system collector,based on the modified multiple bus technology,developed a set of modified M-bus terminal in remote set copy system has very important practical significance.This collection and copying system adopts the modular design,mainly completed the collection and analysis of the user needs of the collection system,the design and modification of the collector hardware and software,the design and modification of the control unit schematic diagram,the test of the collector's various functions,the design of the background management unit interface,the establishment of the database and so on.Basically solved the shortage of data transmission loss between collector and terminal instrument in collecting and tranmission system,adopted the improved m-bus bus for data transmission,to ensure the reliability of data transmission,at the same time in the design of the collector,added the function of key query,to ensure the measurement information collected by the collector at any time.The improved m-bus collector developed in this paper has the following innovations compared with the existing collector: first,it has increased the information interaction function.Information interaction with the network server can be realized,including centralized configuration of gateway parameters,ID import of terminal instrument,data reading and storage of terminal instrument under the gateway.Second,added configuration and monitoring functions.Through the local or remote server,the key parameters of the device can be configured and read,and the running state of the device can be monitored and controlled.Third,the manual trigger automatic meter reading function is added.That is,in the event of an emergency that cannot be achieved,the meter reader can automatically read the meter through the manual trigger button of the collector.
