Design And Implementation Of Heating Metering And Charging Management System

Currently heating has become a kind of essential resource for every household in most western area of China. But heating company has not done enough in management of user information, heating usage monitoring and timely adjustment. And heating costs are charged not convenient enough. Heating metering and charging management are sometimes inaccurate. The method of payment is Single. So improvement on the traditional way of heating charges is the hot joint hope of both users and heating companies.In a word, our system is able to make up for the inadequacy of traditional heating mode, as we consolidate a large of data before the implementation of the system of technology.First of all, research from the ending user, we found the inconvenient and unreasonable during the current process in heating company.Then we combined the issues between supplier and ending user, so that we can research and development a more realistic system to get more efficient and convenient.So our system development thought and procedure are more clearly after understanding the process and weakness of whole heating company. The system can compensate for these deficiencies in conventional heating method.In the aspect of technology, once Real-time collected by server, datas of users’ devices would be transmitted to the system through the serial communication and then would be kept the datas into databses. The database can realize the batch of datas by some procedures, which are called by a regularly performed event.The website of the system was developped with the framework of struts2 and MVC development model. Some technologies, including jsp, css, html, js were used in the development of the foreground of the website. Easy UI was to adopted optimized interface. Requests are sent between foreground and background via js functions. All requests will be processed by the system filter to improve the security of the system. To facilitate processing of the system, most of the data are transmitted in the format of Json Object or Json Array.The project has conducted several tests and it performances well. The next step is to put the project into use to provide users with convenient and efficient service.
