Research And Analysis Of The Document Approval System For Investment Projects In Baoshan City

This paper studies and analyzes the application and development process of the Baoshan investment project approval system,and first introduces the origin of the system's research,including the background,current situation,and existing problems.The main content and the desired goal of the software system are determined.The text mainly analyzes and discusses three major aspects of the software system,namely system business analysis,function analysis and data analysis.Among them,the business analysis first analyzes the organization structure,business and personnel of the main body,then describes and analyzes the original business process of investment project approval using the business flow chart,and then optimizes the original business process,and also gives the corresponding flow chart.;Functional analysis,mainly based on the roles involved in the system,describes the system function through use case analysis and function analysis,and the corresponding relationship between people and functions.The method is to give the use case diagram of each sub-function and the package diagram of system functions.The system is divided into seven sub-functions:directory management,project acceptance,processing approval,closing notification,process supervision,basic data management,and system management.The use case diagram and packet diagram correspond to several sub-function modules respectively.Data analysis,based on functional analysis,analysis of the data of each module,and through various class diagrams and their diagram descriptions,including seven module thumbnail classes,summarize the entity classes involved,and give the relationship maps between these entity classes;At the end of the thesis,the author summarizes the research and analysis of the whole article and anticipates the prospect of the follow-up work.
