| With the rapid development of the cloud computing,mobile Internet and location-based services,the traditional Client club management model of PICC has been unable to meet the growing needs of customers.Physical card verification is the main verification method of the traditional customers,however,the unified management system of platform-based customer service and service providers has not been formed.With the increasing number of insurers,the competition of attracting more automobile customers has become increasingly fierce.Therefore,in order to improve the management level of customer relationship life cycle and build a reasonable customer value chain management service system,the author of this paper combines the relevant literature of domestic industry researchers with the outcome of the on-the-spot study of the local PICC,and proposes the idea of designing the"Friends of PICC"- a club service platform.The purpose of such platform is to integrate automobile after-sales market service resources,share resources,and develop symbiotically,build the "Ecosphere" of the Shandong PICC Customer Service Platform and enhance customer service experience.The main research study of this paper is as follows:(1)The platform mainly utilizes the Software as a Service(SaaS)cloud application model to accomplish customer online services.The main technology is the J2EE model and SSH framework.The database uses MYSQL technology.The platform will be mainly used by the 4S group,vehicle maintenance enterprise,and automobile after-sales market franchise service enterprise,etc.(2)Platform requirement analysis of the Friends of PICC customer club service platform,including the platform model analysis,business structure analysis,functional requirement analysis and non-functional requirement analysis;overview of platform architecture design,system static modeling and dynamic modeling content.(3)The platform consists of three subsystems:mobile membership APP,merchant management system and internal management system.The mobile membership APP consists of the membership center,business center,discount mall,insurance supermarket and activity center.The merchant management system consists of the merchant information,service management,activity management and order management.The internal management system consists of the membership management,merchant management,activity management,order management,business management,statistical analysis,authority management,system management and other functions.This system provides navigation service,maintenance service,rescue service,expert consultation service,nearby inquiry service,online renewal service,reservation service,traffic violation inquiry service and sharing service for Shandong PICC customers.All subsystems of Friends of PICC Club Service Platform have reached the original design goal,been well received by the customers,and met the development needs of the customer clubs.The platform will be promoted as an innovative model in the province. |
