In many industries, the sport service is in a very competitive environment. Some small sport clubs have to consider not only the cost of maintenance, but also the ability of services. These issues will take up a large part of the clubs’effort. Clubs’customers, which is the more important factor for a clubs, need to take up the clubs’more effort to study. How can manage these customers is a major challenge that every clubs facing.This paper discusses a customer service management system for the sports clubs. This system allows the companies conveniently look up the customer information at any time and can the timely update customer information. In addition to these basic functions, the system set up, such as the Memorandum and other auxiliary functions, makes the normal operation of the clubs more convenient.This paper introduces the MyEclipse-based development tools, using MVC development model, deployed on Tomcat on sport clubs customer management system. This paper introduces the sport club customer management system, including feasibility analysis and functional analysis; system design, including functional module design and database design; system implementation including algorithms and architectures. The system design philosophy have strong purpose, the scope is very extensive. The entire system complete the entire customer management process meeting simple, user-friendly, flexible, safe and practical requirements, including data input (customer information management, contact management, business contacts management, regional management, etc.), information inquiry (customer inquiries, contact inquiries, customer complaints, inquiries, customer feedback Query Query function) management. After customer using the system in real environment, it proves that clubs customer management system meet the customer management needs.The system reaches expect of use after a period of time running. It makes a contribution for sport clubs customer management work normalization construction. There is a lot of significance for sport clubs development in optimizing sport clubs customer management, improving work efficiency and strengthening sport clubs team construction.
