With the domestic insurance business growth, the insurance enterprise competition gradually from develop new customers transfer to sustain the stocked customers and upgrade their value. To win more market and customers needs to completely changeover from "Products" to "Services", including product design, service philosophy, marketing mode, etc. “Club” is free group defined by the organization, memberships is voluntary participation under conditions, it have corresponding rights and obligations. Motorists' club refers to the organization develop the private car owners become their members, providing them membership services, cultivate customer loyalty, and enhance the corporate image.This thesis analyzes why the insurance company's product and price cannot make advantage in the market competition, and raise that only service can distinguish competitors maximally. Motorists' club is a method of differentiation. Currently, there is no efficient way to pull customers together, also didn't make more value through them. In order to build differentiated service system, improve customer loyalty, increase customer stickiness, the club can be a communication and service platform for companies, clubs, members and potential customers.First, the thesis describes the positioning, significance, commercial application status and research content. Determine the function and objective, analyze the demand according to the scientific method, formed a requirements analysis diagram. The thesis combines the software's life cycle and the design idea, introduces the design brief and database design in details, the design brief includes system architecture design and database structure design, database design includes the data flow diagram and data structure. Secondly, introduces the details of system design, and function of the realization. In the implementation process, the system use database technology, ETL technology, Java technology and SVN version management tools etc. In order to ensure the quality of project, the system also carried out strict test. Finally this thesis introduces the system deployment and on-line situation.The club system has been online and makes effective promotion.
