The Design And Implementation Of China Insurance Expense Control System

In recent years,China's economy has developed at a high speed,and all walks of life have shown prosperity.Insurance has also received more attention from the state and the public.The insurance industry has encountered better development opportunities.With the continuous influx of foreign capital,while foreign insurance companies or Sino-foreign joint ventures enter the Chinese market,local companies are also developing rapidly.Companies are faced with severe competitive pressures,and they need to face a highly competitive business environment and manage a complex management environment in order to gain an advantage in the competition.This article will combine the actual case of the senior insurance company--China Insurance Company cost control system construction project to deeply analyse the design and implementation process of the cost control system in the insurance company,and analyze the impact and significance of system construction on the company managementThis paper first introduces the application and development of ERP in the insurance industry at home and abroad,and points out the application status and special needs of domestic enterprises.On this basis,it focuses on analyzing the demand of domestic insurance companies for budget and cost control,and shows the design advantages and flexible application of HEC cost management and control system of local company Shanghai Hande Information Technology Co.,Ltd.Secondly,this paper will combine the actual cases of cost management and control system in the internship project,and study the complete process from requirements analysis to system design,testing and implementation,and involve some system technology implementation and database design,and display system design and implementation process.In the specific function realization,the implementation plan of China Insurance Expense Management System mainly includes several specific modules such as budget management module,expense management module,shared platform management module,accounting management and workflow management module.The budget management module mainly includes functions such as budget system management,budget journal management,and budget control rule maintenance.The fee application management module mainly includes functions such as pre-application,actual document entry,and system approval for the expenses required for the event;the expense reimbursement management module mainly includes functions such as after-the-fact reimbursement,expense policy management,and document approval;shared platform management module mainly implements bill processing,virtual financial sharing processing,etc.;the accounting management function means that the cost management system can generate credential information.After connecting with the back-end EBS system,the credential information can be transmitted to the general ledger module to ensure the integrity and unification of the data;the workflow management module mainly includes the approval process of the document and the management of the approval rule.In addition,the cost management system can interface with the peripheral system,support the interaction with the front-end and back-end systems,increase the system's extended performance,and make the company's system integration and information sharing possible.This paper is based on the implementation case of China Insurance Company's cost management and control system,and the system has been implemented in various phases since 2016 and has been successfully put into operation for a period of nearly two years.From the aspects of function realization and smooth use,it can be used as a cost control system in the insurance field.I expect that with the design and implementation of this system,it will provide a simple reference for the information construction of cost control in the insurance field.
