Financial control management is the foundation and the most important part of enterprise management,it not only becomes the basic system of enterprise management major companies in developed countries,at this stage of rapid development of the insurance industry in Chinese,with the increasing competition pressure of foreign insurance companies and the strengthening of insurance industry supervision,financial control management has gradually replaced the extensive management pattern of domestic insurance companies,and become a trend of information management.In the process of financial control of enterprise management,make full use of modern information technology,so that informatization of the enterprise finance,the information will be integrated and comprehensive,so as to improve the financial management level and economic benefits,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the form of cost control management and the mode of information management,this paper selective analyzes the overall demand of A insurance company's cost control according to the actual situation and business characteristics of A insurance company,and designs and implements a set of software system that can realize the whole financial cost control business process.This paper introduces the overall framework of the cost control system of A insurance company,analyzes the business requirements in detail,and focuses on the detailed design and logical analysis of the basic functions of the cost control system of A insurance company.The system uses springmvc + mybitas + oracle framework to achieve the basic business of cost control,such as fill out the reimbursement form,examine and approve the reimbursement form and so on,the system also designs and implements the extended function of cost control,such as budget control,procurement process,cost application,contract management,supplier management,etc.The design and implementation of these functions makes the system have integrated multi-functional financial cost control function,such as a comprehensive budget management,pre-application,procurement,expense account.In view of the extensive application of EBS system,image system and payment system in the insurance industry,this paper designs and implements the interface between cost control management system and EBS system,image system and payment system,so as to make a strong basis for the system in the insurance industry's long-term promotion and expansion.After the construction of this information,financial cost control business of the insurance company is standardized expectations,and extended to the pre-budget control,procurement process specifications,contract management,etc,the goal of the head office to monitor centralized cost accounting,centralized management expelnses reimbursement is initially realized.At the end,this paper makes a periodic summary of the project and looks forward to the information construction of the insurance industry.
