Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Employee Online Training System

With economic development,Our country puts forward higher requirements for modern enterprise management mode.Traditional training forms are single,low in efficiency,and a large number of documents and data generated during the training process bring great inconvenience to management.Under this background,enterprises vigorously promote the construction of online training system for enterprise employees.Based on this,this paper adopts the design concept of the company that accepts free training for employees and nonenterprise employees to receive paid training.This enables enterprises not only to strengthen the quality education of employees,but also to obtain traffic revenue and reduce training costs.In the research work of this paper,the current training development situation is summarized,and an online training system based on ASP.NET Web is designed.It determine the feasibility of system development,get all the goals of research and development,and get feasibility analysis report of the system.Through the use case analysis,the overall business logic and process of the system are determined.There are four user roles in the system: nonenterprise employee users,enterprise employee users,enterprise administrators,and system administrators.This paper divides the system into App and Web,The users use APP to realize functions such as user registration,login system and etc.The administrator uses Web to implement course information setting,training classs setting and accounts information management.Then,use the relevant technonlogy of software to design,the function has seven modules function: training class management function,course informtion management function,comapany account managemet,user audit management,study management,user use management,personal account management.And design the database table structure,the class structure of the seven modules,and use the sequence diagram to describe the implementation process of the function module after the design is completed.Finally,simulate test environment,try to test.The online training system designed and implemented in this paper use C# language,The front page use HTML5 and Ajax,The system uses SQL Server 2008 database and use ADO.NET to access database.In order to be able to create http services and support a wider range of mobile devices such as browsers and mobile phones,the system uses the Web API application interface framework.
