Household electronic digital products are frantically update with the continuous development of economy, science and technoLogy innovations.The brand manufacturers developed different types of consumer electronic products every year to satisfy most users ’ requirements with the rapid development of technology and internet. However, software is not enough attention in China. Software is less developed than many foreign manufacturers, such as it could not get the previous quality level and poor user experience. There is a problem to be solved for many manufacturers that how to improve software quality by the advanced quality management methods.In this thesis, we firstly summarize and review the current status of Software Quality Management of domestic and foreign software and then describe the theory of Software Quality Management and Business Process Reengineering. According to the collation and research of the status of software quality management in the stage of research and development of ZMI wireless router, the author summarizes some problems of software quality management of ZMI Company in depth analysis of the project personnel allocation, quality management, defect management tools and defect management process. The author puts forward suggestion and countermeasures to solve these problems and hope that these measures can improve the level of quality management software of company to save cost,improve the user experience and bring good products to users in the future.
