Phased array radar with its beam agility, rapid beam scanning and space power synthesisability has become an important development direction of modern radar technology. In modernbattlefield environment, target characteristics and saturated attack warfare has becomeincreasingly complex, and makes the continuous extension of radar functional requirements, thetraditional single-function-radar can’t meet the needs of the application, multifunction phasedarray radar technology has become the focus of phased array radar technology research. So basedon multifunction phased array radar’s fixed resources, how to realize the resources’ effectiveadaptive management to improve its ability of detection the multi-target, has become a hot point inthis research field at present.Paper with multifunction phased array radar resources management as the research direction,research and present the phased array radar system’s anti-saturation-attack and adaptive resourcescheduling techniques and methods. Through the analysis of the status quo and elementaryscheduling model of phased array radar resource management, put forward and established theoptimization models and algorithm of anti-saturation-attack beam position arrangement, compositepriority calculation and task scheduling. Finally through simulation experiments to verify thisalgorithm has good effect.On the basis of systematic study multifunction phased array radar’s adaptive resourcescheduling simulation software, mainly studies the following several aspects:In phased array radar’s beam position arrangement aspect, in view of current radar systemfacing saturation attack combat environment, put forward the anti-saturation-attack beam positionarrangement algorithm improve the ability of detection the multi-target in resource constrainedconditions, the simulation experiments prove that this algorithm has good effect ofanti-saturation-attack. In task scheduling, based on idea of priority table the composite prioritycalculation model of radar tasks has been found, a resource scheduling algorithm based oncomposite priority calculation is presented, according to the algorithm performance evaluationstandard, the simulation shows that this algorithm has good scheduling results. Finally combinedwith anti-saturation-attack beam position arrangement and resource management, designed themultifunction phased array radar adaptive resource scheduling simulation software, gives the software design process and the module structure, and the simulation verify the effectiveness ofthe algorithm.
