With the rapid development of information technology and economic globalization, the form of market competition which insurance enterprises are facing is gradually changing from the internal competition among insurance enterprises to the competition of well management and sustainable development ability. In order to adapt to the fast-changing business environment, and to provide flexible and efficient supports and services to their ultimate customers, insurance enterprises need to make close partnerships with upstream and downstream members in the whole industry, to share information with them, to plan and manage workflow collaboratively. In such a situation, insurance enterprises need to make their work integrated with the partners related. However, traditional technology can not fit the dynamic environment in which customers'needs change often. Therefore, this study focuses on how to utilize SOA to realize the data integration between hospitals and insurance enterprises, and to meet the need of data sharing.According to the features of insurance industry and medical industry, an interactive platform integration framework between insurance industry and medical industry is design based on SOA. This integration framework divides the interaction process into agent flow and public flow. It employs popular open source technology Axis, which realizes the encapsulation and calling of Web Services. It completes the cooperation between the interactive platform and agent, and makes the heterogeneous data source sharing and business interaction between hospitals and insurance companies realized. This study focuses on the agent application design of heterogeneous data source wrapper based on SOA. It aims to provide a uniform interface to the integration of high class workflow. On the one hand, an economical and effective plan is provided for the rebuilding of the application systems between hospitals and insurance enterprises. On the other hand, the security of internal system and data is enhanced, because it utilizes Web Service technology to encapsulate the interactive business process, and the dynamic workflow can be customized through the SOAP invoking of the Web services. This study includes some parts as follows:①Study and detailed analyze the workflow between hospitals and insurance enterprises, and relative theories and technologies such as Web service, SOA.②An interactive platform integration framework for insurance industry and medical industry is put forward based on SOA and explained, according to the current problems existing in the interaction between hospitals and insurance enterprise.③An agent application of integration platform is designed and analyzed, which realize reformation of general agent application system, heterogeneous data source wrapper and Web Service.The integration framework platform put forward in this study can save a lot of money for the information construction of enterprises and provide new technology for middle-small enterprises at home on application of integration.
